License and Use of Service

As such, the User agrees to not systematically "scrape" or duplicate data from the website, either manually or in an automated fashion, in an effort to retain a significant portion or all of the data for future use.

User Accounts and Passwords
The User agrees not to share login information to non-subscribers.

Ownership of Service
The User acknowledges that the data, copyrights, title and other intellectual proprietary rights - including, but not limited to, the search methodologies, search algorithms, data fields, and layout of the search results - shall remain the property of FundingRelations.

No Reliance
FundingRelations makes no representation or warranty that the information contained in the website is accurate, reliable, up-to-date or complete. The User agrees not to take legal action against FundingRelations with respect to any inaccurate information.

Limitations of Liability
The User agrees that FundingRelations shall not be liable for any failure or inability to provide the service due to circumstances beyond FundingRelations reasonable control. Further, the User agrees that FundingRelations will not be liable for any damage to the User's hardware, software or data.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are proud of our product quality and the service that we provide. However, because our subscription services are offered through electronic media, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations of any kind. Thank you for your understanding.
